After a 2 mile run and some weight training at the Y ….(i’ve slacked on P90x)…I came home and made this…… ginger teriyaki marinated (for 2 days) baked chicken, mixed veggies, and some mac n cheese (couldn’t resist), & fresh bell pepper. I forgot to take a pic of my steak fajitas last night, those were amazing. I skipped my workout yesterday
