Make It: Thai-Spiced Tofu

Tofu is a great alternative to animal protein. I really question people who say they don’t like tofu. Tofu doesn’t taste like anything! If it has the right flavoring, you WILL like it.

You should strive to go vegetarian a couple days a week. Learn to love tofu and become a flexitarian! It’s good for your body and good for the Earth.

 Whatever, I fall for this nonsense from time to time. I’m sure its true but I still want my steak.
