One of Keyla’s students needs your help…
One of my roommies, Keyla, is a teacher at a local elementary school. She sent me this request for help this morning:
“One of our children here at Shwab Elem. lost their home/everything in a fire. This child, who also has 3 siblings, is in state custody and being raised by their grandparents. As of Friday, the grandparents were sleeping on a floor and the four children on chairs. Please contact anyone for donations, and start early spring cleaning. New/USED clothing and household items are greatly appreciated! Remember, these children have lost everything.
