My new obsession. I’ve been doing yogalates recently and already feel a difference in my body. The yoga stretches mixed with the pilates toning makes for a great morning or evening workout.

I remember the end of ‘07 I was going through a difficult time and I thought if I would just get back in shape and start eating better I would feel better…and that worked…until I felt better AND Keyla moved in and she could eat fast food everyday. Every. day. In ‘09, my project will be to covert brittj.com from a silly little slideshow of my life to my motivation to get back on the healthy track. For my health AND so I can get back into my hudsons (jeans) that I love so much AND so I feel better in a swimsuit next spring. I plan to document what I eat and my workout routine. Those of you that know me know that I come from a health fanatic (some call her a machine) mother and I plan to follow her plan.
I also want those of you that have been putting this off to join me- now is the perfect time!
