wavnashville: Member of the Month: Kaitie Gordon is a registered nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. She also works part time for the State of TN Department of Health on a tuberculosis research study. Kaitie graduated from Dickinson College in 2001 with a degree in Anthropology and received her Masters of Public Health in Maternal and Child Health from Boston University in 2005. She is active in the Nashville Pi Beta Phi Alumnae Club, acting as co-chair of the Sippin’ Angels/Young Alum Group and is the Christmas Village 2009 Wine Chair. In August of 2009, Kaitie organized a book fair and drive that resulted in more than 500 books and over $1000 donated to Warner Enhanced Option School in her East Nashville neighborhood. If it is a Sunday in the Fall, you will find Kaitie at Piranha’s cheering on her Steelers!
