Last night, the 54th Annual Grammy Awards announced their nominations and Kanye West unsurprisingly led the way with seven nods, but Adele stood tall next to the rap star, grabbing nominations in the major categories of Album of the Year, Record of the Year and Song of the Year.

Other leaders include the Foo Fighters and Bruno Mars, but the biggest surprises come from other categories, with dubstep king Skrillex nominated for Best New Artist alongside Wisconsin-based folk band Bon Iver, whose “Holocene” also gained nods for Record and Song of the Year.
